Saffron Bonus Points are based on your purchases and point accumulation over a 45 days period.

We have 3 tiers

Silver                    0 to 1000 points

Gold                      1001 to 2000 points

Diamond              2001 to 3000 points

Converting your Saffron Bonus Points

You can redeem your Saffron Bonus Points after collecting 500 Saffron Bonus Points

Usage: Saffron Bonus Points can be used to cover the full cost or partial cost of an item.

Customers are eligible for Saffron Bonus Points and can be redeemed only for online purchases

Restrictions: Saffron Bonus Points are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Earning Saffron Bonus Points

Eligibility: You will start earning points from your first purchase.

Signup: You will get 100 points on new user registration

Referring to a friend: A unique referral link can be generated from your dashboard and can be sent to friends. You will get 50 points on referring to a friend, (you will receive your points when your friend him/her first makes a purchase)

Exclusions: Saffron Bonus Points are not awarded on promotional or discounted items, or on transactions where Saffron Bonus Points are being redeemed. Points are calculated based on the pre-tax sales price.

Returns/Exchanges: If you return items, points earned for those items will be cancelled. If you exchange items for those of a lower point value, the balance of points will be adjusted accordingly.

Important Information and Terms

Ownership: The Saffron Bonus Points remain the property of Saffron Cafe.

Changes: Saffron Cafe reserves the right to terminate memberships, decline tier issuance, or withdraw/cancel tiers or Saffron Bonus points on reasonable grounds (e.g., abuse of the program, dishonest activity).

Non-Transferable: Your Saffron Bonus Points are for your personal use only and cannot be transferred.

Personal Use: The loyalty scheme is intended for personal and consumer use only, not for business transactions.

Fraudulent Use: Saffron Cafe is not liable for Saffron Bonus Points lost or used due to fraudulent or unauthorized use of your account, including lost or stolen tiers.

Modifications: Saffron Cafe reserves the right to modify product eligibility for Saffron Bonus Points and to change Saffron Bonus Points earning rates at any time.

Cancellation: Saffron Café has the right to cancel Saffron Bonus Point without any alighting reason therefore, in such an event of cancellation of the program unredeemed points can be used during there validity.
